| LAPA Return on Fundraising Investment

In March 2005 an independent evaluator, Strategists, Inc.,
completed an evaluation of LAPA outcomes. The evaluation, which
covered the ten-year period from 1995-2005, showed:
1. Most LAPA fundraising clients earn three to six times what
they pay in consulting fees.
- 12% of LAPA clients earn between two and three dollars for
every dollar spent on consulting fees.
- 48% of LAPA clients earn between three and six dollars for
every dollar spent.
- 16% of LAPA clients earn more than six dollars for every
dollar spent.
2. LAPA surpasses its revenue goal by at least 25% for over 40%
of its clients.
