Laurence
A. Pagnoni is the President of Laurence A.
Pagnoni & Associates, an innovative
management and development consulting firm whose
services include strategic planning, board
evaluations, grant writing, major donor
cultivation and feasibility studies. Mr. Pagnoni
has 16 years of executive management experience
in the nonprofit sector.
Prior to
establishing his consulting practice, Mr.
Pagnoni served as executive director of three
nonprofit agencies. He holds advanced degrees in
Public Administration, Theology, and
Spirituality (most recently an MPA/MS in
Management at the Wagner School of Public
Service at New York University.)
Mr.
Pagnoni is a seminar facilitator and an informed
public speaker who motivates and inspires
audiences on diverse subjects such as team
building, executive support, and staying healthy
at work. As president of Laurence A. Pagnoni
& Associates, he gathers effective
consultants to serve a diverse client base. He
also serves on the board of directors of many
NYC area nonprofit agencies and provides council
about strategic planning, diversification of
revenue, support of leadership and community
relations.
Julia L. Ritchie is the President of
Ritchie Consulting, Inc., a training and
development company. The services of Ritchie
Consulting include: strategic planning and
program expansion; curricula design and training
facilitation; technical assistance; program
assessment; team-building and performance
coaching.
Prior to
beginning her own company, Ms. Ritchie was the
Director of Training at Gay Men's Health Crisis,
Inc. (GMHC), the world's largest AIDS service
organization. She oversaw the development,
design and implementation of training on
workplace issues and HIV/AIDS-related topics to
meet the needs of GMHC's 250 employees, 1600
program volunteers, and the larger community
served by the Agency.
Formerly,
Ms. Ritchie was a curriculum designer and
supervisor for New York City's Department of
Health. She has extensive experience training
health and social service providers on a number
of health and workplace issues with particular
expertise in HIV and AIDS; Communication;
Management and Supervision; and Training and
Presentation. Ms. Ritchie holds a Masters in
Education from Columbia University and is also a
licensed social worker. Ms. Ritchie has been
teaching and facilitating for over nine years.
