Envision
a gradually enlarging circle of a dozen executives who lead from
within and find encouragement and support for creative and
effective leadership from without. The fulfillment of this
vision could contribute to your personal well-being and the
well-being of your organization in vital ways. CEOs Together is
a unique opportunity to make this vision happen. My aspiration
in forming this group is to explore how executive directors can
flourish in their work and adapt creatively to administrative
challenges. I invite you to join me in this project.
CEOs
Together is a peer support and training group, professionally
facilitated, comprised solely of executive leaders and mangers
of public and private agencies that serve the public good.
Only experienced executives who can add value to the
group and contribute to the success of others are invited to
join.
Many
executives have expressed worry about how to stay engaged in the
work they love. They fear work demands will exceed their
capacity to respond. I believe this worry can be addressed in
better ways than it is currently.
The learning environments of an on-going manager’s
support and training group is a starting point for developing
new skills that contribute to professional and personal growth.
The
two facilitators of CEOs together bring extensive leadership
experience in the business world. Throughout the program we will
support you in developing a professional and personal well-being
practices that uniquely meets your needs and that can have
lasting impact and value. To ensure the highest standards and to
support the goals of the program, we are limiting enrollment to
15 participants.
Our
hope is to have a cross-section of executives representing both
profit and not-for-profit organizations. If you are drawn to
