	WHAT is CEOs TOGETHER? CEOs Together (CT) is an executive coaching, peer support and training group, professionally facilitated, comprised solely of executive leaders and mangers of public and private agencies that serve the public good. Only experienced executives who can add value to the group and contribute to the success of others are invited to join. CT is a private membership group facilitated and sponsored by Laurence A. Pagnoni & Associates. LAP & Associates is an innovative management and development consulting service dedicated to meeting the needs of diverse clients from the business and nonprofit community. The mission of LAP & Associates is to support their clients by reducing barriers to change and work with them to achieve their short and long term goals.
	WHAT Do I RECEIVE BY JOINING? By joining, you receive the following:  A monthly three hour, professionally facilitated support and training group comprised of ten to fifteen peers. The group meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 8:30 am to 11:30 am, at a convenient midtown location.  Assurance that we strive to make the selection of members noncompetitive. Small group providing an environment of trust, candor and confidentiality. Place to present, review, and strategize your actual organizational dilemmas, problems and opportunities for confidential peer review.  The group is co-facilitated by two highly trained professionals, a man and a woman, who also have been executive leaders in their field.  On occasion, we invite expert speakers to the group, chosen by the members based on your organizational needs and interests.  Private meetings with one of the facilitators is available to members for intensive discussion. During these 90 minute sessions, the facilitator probes for key issues, provides individual feedback and helps you develop and implement action items.  One session is included per year, but others could be arranged.
	COSTS 3 hrs. a month to meet with your peer group Ninety minutes annually for private discussion Annual Dues: $3,100, payable quarterly Optional: One-on-one meetings, $325
